[SS.I 4.0] This document identifies the sources of firearms used in fifty-two school shootings (involving fifty-four perpetrators) during the twenty-five years from 1991 through 2015. The sample includes both single-victim and multi-victim shootings committed by secondary school, college, and aberrant adult perpetrators.
